So I decided to have mine converted to a "Type 66" clone with no spike bayonet. There isn't a great deal of difference between them and a MAK90, though one thing to look for is a "purple" bolt carrier and bolt, which will mean that it was made at the Chinese /6\ arsenal (even if the trunnion has been scrubbed, like mine.)
